for motorways and railways

manages and designed the most demanding projects in the field of civil engineering construction, with special emphasis given to motorways and railway infrastructure, from the basic concepts and studies to implementation projects. The state-of-the art technological processes and skilled staff, in co-operation with qualified partners and sub-contractors, make possible planning of extremely complex and difficult projects.
The department also manages and plans projects on foreign markets, implementing the most advanced project management and communication methods.

Department
for main roads and regional roads

Long-term experience and skilled staff make possible planning new constructions and restorations of all categorized and non-categorized roads, with special emphasis given to the national road network. Being aware of the advanced trends enables us to plan creative solutions for multi-levelled and non-levelled crossroads and other infrastructure.
The department is also qualified for motorway rehabilitation and other roads rehabilitation planning.

Department
for special projects

manages and designs demanding projects in the field of civil engineering construction, with special emphasis given to specific implementation of complex and new construction technologies. This department designs the following types of projects: building restoration and rehabilitation projects, road restoration and rehabilitation projects, projects of civil engineering construction on demanding sites, demanding public utility infrastructure projects, technological facilities projects, and projects of constructing facilities in demanding geotechnical and traffic conditions.

Department
for traffic

is in charge of projects in the area of traffic planning – traffic studies, connecting roads and crossroads planning, traffic modeling, traffic networks modeling, traffic light programs design, optimization of existing traffic light systems, studies on measures to improve road elements, connecting roads and crossroads. The department also designs detailed reports of traffic arrangements, detailed reports on road blocks, traffic safety analyses and projects for installing traffic lights in crossroads.

Department
for hydrotechnics

manages and designs demanding and less demanding projects in the field of civil engineering construction, with special emphasis given to hydrotechnical facilities and public utilities infrastructure. The department manages preparation of all the necessary technical documentation in the field of hydrotechnics and demanding public utilities infrastructure, that is, public utilities sewers, storm sewers, treatment plants, surface drainage of roads and accompanying facilities, rain wastewater treatment plants, watercourse regulation, hydraulic studies and dynamic models design for designing sewer networks.

Department
for facilities and geotechnics

manages and designs demanding and less demanding projects in the field of civil engineering construction, with special emphasis given to specific implementation of complex and new construction technologies. The department designs building construction plans for new facilities and facilities restoration and rehabilitation, building construction plans for civil engineering construction (bridging facilities, support and footing constructions, and anti-noise fences).
Furthermore, plans for state-of-the art geotechnical facilities are being designed, using technologies that take the facility-soil interaction into account.
The department also designs geological and geotechnical detailed reports for the needs of planning civil engineering facilities.

Department
for animation, visualisation and development

designs and upgrades the projects planned to the phase of visual representation. The aim is to present design solutions and ideas to the client and wider public in the best possible way. Animation and visualization are used as methods in designing all projects.
The department is responsible for developing new technologies, processes and services, as well as introducing new technologies into the design process. The tasks are based on continuous testing and development of new technologies and programs that will prove useful in planning, design and every-day application.
Furthermore, the department is responsible for introducing the newest CAD technologies, as well as implementing Internet and telecommunication technologies in the company. It monitors the company’s software and hardware equipment and makes sure the comprehensive company graphic image is used in company processes.

Department
for legal matters

is in charge of the following tasks: it monitors legislation, draws up internal acts, and investor and supplier contracts, manages administrative procedures for the acquisition of construction and spatial permits, draws up land register contracts for clients, offers legal advice in various business matters, plans and organizes staff acquisition, training, education, promotion and rewarding procedures, monitors and offers advice in ensuring the company operates in compliance with the applicable law in Slovenia and the EU, draws up and monitors invitations to tender to provide work for the company in various invitations to tender at home and abroad, and is responsible for reliably monitoring sub-contracting according to the public procurement procedure applicable in Slovenia.
Furthermore, the department is responsible to ensure the company’s offers and contracts are complete and correct.
